What is Healing Breathwork?
Healing Breathwork is an inward journey of healing, connection, and reflection which taps into the innate intelligence within. It’s a self-improvement practice to help you express and release current stress and trapped emotions that have been holding you back from being your authentic self. This particular modality (Soma+IQ™️) includes a combination of rapid breaths at your pace, breath holds, and slow recentering breaths. This can be offered in varying intensities depending on your needs and the length of your session.
An Introduction to Breathwork will introduce you to some breathing techniques, the benefits of breathwork, and a short daily breathwork practice that you take with you.
A Breathwork Reset Session goes a little deeper with about 30 minutes of continuous breathwork, clearing out stresses and tensions and realigning your nervous system.
A Healing Breathwork Journey Session is just that - a journey. This session is twice as long as a Reset session and takes you deep into releasing blocks, old wounds, and tensions that no longer serve you. It’s a journey inward to rediscover and reconnect with yourself.
